Scar 2.0 Website Return Policy

At Scar 2.0, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below for books, ebooks, audiobooks, graphic novels, videos, pictures, apparel, merchandise, and accessories.

1. General Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Physical Products: Returns are accepted for physical books, graphic novels, apparel, merchandise, and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, ebooks, audiobooks, videos, and digital artwork are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access or use.

Condition Requirements

  • Physical items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached (if applicable).

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at platinumstrong777@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your return request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your returned package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please ensure your RA number is clearly written on the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Exclusions: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital content

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at platinumstrong777@gmail.com SUBJECT: Defective or Incorrect item. Include photos of the item and your order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time for processing.

8. International Returns

For orders shipped outside of [Insert Country], the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the item, not including original shipping fees or any additional charges.
