Scar 2.0 Website Shipping Policy

At Scar 2.0, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all of our customers. Please review the following shipping policies for information on our shipping options, timeframes, costs, and related details.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within:

  • The United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)

  • International locations (please see Section 4 for more details)

2. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Pre-Orders: Items purchased on pre-order will be processed and shipped on the release date. Specific details will be provided at the time of pre-order.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days – $5.99

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days – $12.99

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery – $24.99

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days – $19.99

  • Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days – $39.99

Note: Shipping costs may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for updates.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by international trade regulations. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us for alternative solutions.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will:

  • Notify the customer via email.

  • Offer to reship the package once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

For pre-orders or limited-edition items:

  • Shipping dates will be specified on the product page.

  • These items are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
